Having a plethora of platforms to choose from doesn’t help either, and you certainly don’t want to waste your precious funds on channels that don’t produce results.
It would be easy for me to tell you that we have just the answer for you… But we don’t. No one does. There is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to recruiting.
Good news though, in this article, we dive into 5 of the best recruiting channels that we know of and that our clients love to use!

When it comes to recruiting channels, the sheer number of possible options can quickly become intimidating. And that’s exactly why you’re reading this article – to find out which channels are the best for your investment.
Since there seems to be an infinite number of recruiting channels, I’ve decided to organize them by channel type (I’ve taken artistic liberties with the name of each category):
- Online job platforms: These are the classic ones, gambling data vietnam you have LinkedIn, Indeed, Welcome To The Jungle (for our audience living in France), etc.
- Sector-specific platforms: These are job boards that candidates for specific positions turn to. Some are orthodox, others not so much. Keep an eye out for them!
- The Growth Machine: You know I have to mention our awesome tool among these channels! Don’t dismiss it as promotional nonsense, it will make sense once you read it.
- Channels (mostly ) offline: Networking events, references, the classics.
- Miscellaneous: I have not found a unifying name or criteria for these channels/methods. Any suggestions are more than welcome, please go to the comments!

Recruitment Channel #1 — Online Job Platforms:
Let’s start with the classics. I won’t spend too much time on these as we all know and love them (or hate them!) That said, I’ll make it worth your time by sprinkling in some expert tips continuity of your commercial process in times of crisis here and there from the expert recruiters among our clients:
LinkedIn:
Unsurprisingly, LinkedIn tops the list. With nearly 1 billion active users, it remains THE platform for both recruiters and candidates looking for new talent or opportunities, respectively.
That’s why LinkedIn has even gone so far as to turn it into a full premium subscription: LinkedIn Recruiter (Lite) . This premium plan seems to be the most suitable for recruiters and hiring managers, as it provides significant benefits.
However, as you might have guessed, we have a different opinion on this issue:
Expert advice
At Growth Machine we firmly believe that it is better to go with a Sales Navigator license, rather than Recruiter Lite.
It is simply a much better investment, channels you should especially because it is cheaper, with (in our opinion) many more advantages.

The Rest:
Obviously, I’m not going to bore you with each and every online job board out there.
For starters, we all know who they are, you have Indeed , by far school email list the most famous job site, with over 350 million (yes million ) unique visitors per month! You also have
- Glassdoor : The transparency game, channels you should as job seekers can easily access detailed information about the company, salary data, culture, etc.
- TheLadders : Allows job seekers to access high-paying opportunities. It’s where you’ll find the most experienced managers under your belt.
- Handshake : This is the go-to job portal for college students, as they have many partnerships with universities around the world. You can sign up for online job fairs and meet/recruit people from all over the world. A similar platform would be HigherEd .
There are so many well-known job platforms that it’s astonishing, even Google has made its way into the job market! That said, we advise against putting everything on the line with online job platforms.
It’s fine to take a shot in the dark and see if maybe one or two good candidates come along. But we believe that this kind of blanket approach is a waste of time and resources.
